Pour Toi was founded in Melbourne, Australia, by Issy Wilson in 2025.  ​

The brand was born from a love of fashion; both designing and sewing garments that fit the body well, as we all know, not all bodies fit in the "standard sizing" provided to us by larger fashion companies. 

All garments are designed and sewn by Issy

Issy is a third-generation seamstress. Her grandmother Marjory worked in a clothing factory in Wellington, New Zealand, where she learnt to sew. Issy's mother Kim worked at the same factory part-time when she was 14, and Issy began in her early teens.

Issy has always loved fashion, notably asking her mum what the weather would be like the following day when going for sleepovers, which led her parents to believe she would become a meteorologist like her grandfather, but really, she just wanted to know how to plan her outfit for the following day! 

Issy has a degree in business and completed half a master's in teaching before making the decision to work on her clothing brand full time. 

​She lives with her fiancé Jayden in Melbourne, VIC, and when she isn't designing, sewing or running her business, she enjoys lifting weights at the gym, planning her wedding to Jayden (with minimal input from him), watching a show on Netflix with Jayden and fantasising about future travel plans!
